How do I choose the right mattress for my sleep style?
We recommend taking our Sleep Quiz. It analyzes your sleep position, body type, and firmness preferences to match you with one of our specialized models like the Midnight, Twilight, or Dusk.
What is the 100-night Sleep Trial?
We offer a 100-night trial period that begins the day your mattress is delivered. We ask that you give it at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust, but if you aren't satisfied, we will provide a full refund and pick up the mattress for free.
How is the mattress shipped and how long does it take?
Our mattresses are handmade to order in the USA and shipped via FedEx Ground. Typically, it takes 3-7 business days for production and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Do I need a specific type of bed frame or foundation?
Helix mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes platform beds, slatted frames (with slats no more than 5 inches apart), bunkie boards, or even the floor.
Are Helix mattresses non-toxic and eco-friendly?
Yes, all our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, or heavy metals, and have low VOC emissions for indoor air quality.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand by our quality with a 10 to 15-year limited warranty, depending on the model. This covers manufacturing defects and structural issues like permanent indentations greater than 1 inch.
