We want you to love your sleep, which is why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all Helix mattresses to ensure it's the perfect fit for your body. If you are not completely satisfied after the initial 30-day break-in period, we will facilitate a full refund and coordinate a removal of the mattress.

Return Process

  Contact our CX team via our online portal or email after you have slept on your mattress for at least 30 nights to begin the return process.

  Verification and Approval

  Our team will review your order details and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for the next steps.

  Schedule Removal

  We will coordinate with a local removal partner or charity to pick up your mattress at no additional cost to you, so you don't have to worry about shipping it back.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the removal is confirmed by our partner, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
